Both Kathy and I wear many hats and are in charge of everything. No matter if your looking for the Sales Department or the Shipping, Tech, Returns or Customer Service Department, we're it and we'd love to hear from you. We'll answer our phones virtually any time they ring, as long as we're not right in the middle of something, 7 days a week, although keep in mind that we are on Pacific Time here so try not to call too early or late. Let's say from 8am-8pm 7 days a week. That should be fair right?
