We are frequently asked what our candle wicks are made of.  The concern is that some wicks are made with lead and/or zinc which would defeat the purpose of a non-toxic pure soy candle. With a pure soy Tahoe Bath and Candle Works candle, you know you are getting a candle that burns cleans and can enjoy, knowing your family isn't breathing in toxic fumes.  Yuck!! No one wants that!!!

Tahoe Bath and Candle Works only use candle wicks made from natural cotton threads interwoven with paper threads, which also helps ensure an even burn.  When burned properly, you will enjoy many hours of our beautiful, perfectly scented candles!
